Following a sold out UK tour in September / October and another upcoming sold out tour in December, Blossoms have today announced a brand new headline UK tour for Spring 2017.
Blossoms’ eponymous debut record spent two weeks at No.1 when it was released in August – it is the first time a debut album has spent more than one week at No.1 from launch since 2014. Following the release of the album the band have now gone on to reach over 10 million streams on Spotify. The band will release a deluxe version of the album, which will be available digitally from November 11th. The deluxe album will feature 10 additional tracks including ‘Across The Moor’, a fan’s favourite when performed live.
“This year’s biggest guitar-pop shooting stars…looking like snake-hipped garage rockers from the wrong side of Scarysex Central… Blossoms leap from their chart-bound Trojan horse as modernist rock heroes” 4* NME
Blossoms have had a very busy 2016 playing live to sold out venues and packed festival tents across the UK and Europe. The band have appeared at Glastonbury, Field Day, Bilbao BBK, Rock Werchter, The Great Escape, T in the Park, Parklife, Kendal Calling, Isle of Wight Festival Reading and Leeds, Festival No.6 and more. Blossoms have just finished a headline UK tour and their very first dates in the US and Canada. They will head out on a sold out tour again in November / December before heading back out on the road in Spring 2017 when they will be supported by Cabbage and Rory Wynne.
Tickets go on sale this Thursday November 10th at 10am.
