The Factory Kitchen, located within The Biscuit Factory, is preparing a sweet selection for diners which will include a white chocolate, raspberry and pistachio blondie, a mini lemon drizzle, and a freshly baked scone with cream and jam (a choice of cherry or sultana), served with an individual bottle of Prosecco for just £12 per person.
Following its extension and refurbishment last year, The Factory Kitchen boasts a brand new look and menu that takes inspiration from Europe’s quintessential café culture. The café is headed up by chef Michael Waugh – who previously worked in Marco Pierre White’s kitchen and with Pierre Koffmann at La Tante Claire.
Open seven days a week, the café serves vibrant salads, artisan breads, home baked cakes, freshly churned ices and hearty brunch dishes paired with a fine selection of speciality teas and coffees.
