Hayley told us: “We’ve gone from our one fitting shop in Kingston Park to three shops within the 10 years we’ve been open, a change that was forced on us as the MetroCentre branch and Kingston Park branches are struggling to cope with the demand for beautiful, luscious locks. “It’s been a bit of a roller-coaster ride, as we only had three weeks to open the Ridley Place branch, however we were determined to make it, and with a lot of hard work and tenacity from the whole Foxy team, we pulled it off. “We’re just delighted that we’re now officially open and were over the moon that Geordie Shore’s Marnie agreed to cut the ribbon and meet some of our clients.”
Foxy’s razzmatazz opening including red carpet, balloon pillars, branded cup cakes, hair and make-up demonstrations and lots of give-aways.
Marnie told us: “It was a brilliant day, and made even better because it’s on my own turf, so to speak. I wish Foxy the very best going forward.”
Foxy’s has seen the business’ profit rise by 15% year on year during their 10 years trading and now employs 12 staff between its three stores. Hayley concluded: “We hope to welcome old and new clients to our new store; there will be some fantastic opening offers.
