HOLI ONE is one of the most unique, fun loving and exciting festivals in the world. Inspired by The Holi festival which is observed in India and celebrates the beginning of the new spring season; this global event spectacular unites people through love, music and colour.

Supported with a soundtrack by some of the UK’s finest DJ’s along with a host of impressive new talent, revellers throw colourful powder into the air creating a euphoric explosion of colour and joy. After last year’s sell-out event at London’s Battersea Power Station, HOLI ONE returns this summer touring key locations within the UK, Newcastle included, offering everyone an amazing experience fuelled by vibrant energy.

“EACH INDIVIDUAL ENTERS IN THEIR OWN RACE, CLOTHING, STYLE, AND LEAVES EQUALLY IN COLOUR – WE ARE ONE”

Newcastle Racecourse will play host to The HOLI ONE Festival on 21st June, attracting thousands of people, preferably dressed in white, who will come together in order to share music, dance, performance art and visual stimulation.

A definitive moment within the festival, is the first count down, when revellers throw the coloured powder in unison; a sight of real beauty, as the people are covered in brilliant colours and the air is filled with clouds of bright powder along with the euphoric mood of the crowd.
